This year's Alpine Night was held at the new Alpina Hotel and attracted a record number of participants. After mingling during cocktail, guests were surprised during dinner by performances by the Brainwork Dance Crew and their glamorous girls whilst our now regular DJ Jesus animated the evening and got everyone dancing.
Great work was achieved by the Steering Committee students who sold all raffle tickets as the guests were rightfully tempted by our sumptuous lots amongst which the star polar bear from Ovale and culminating with the "Juste un Clou" bracelet from Cartier. Funds were raised for "Women at Risk", one of the Rosey Students' Steering Committee's projects, which aims at providing help to women in Ethiopia, Cambodia and particularly in Ghana where the students are involved in helping the Mercy Women's Hospital in Menkessim. In two years it has been transformed from a small health post with no doctor into a bustling hospital.
The Rosey Foundation thanks everyone who offered their time and donations as weel as all its regular donors who came to spend the evening with us.
